As someone who eschews the damage over time and status effects and prefers rough damage and grit instead, I did have my fair share of challenge in the Pits DLC. Here’s hoping I get to skillfully smash some barbarian skulls and invade their lands instead!
But yeah, I'll be buying it as well.
I got the feeling from the preview that the Skelmar aren't interested in giving gold to anyone else XD The seem like the sorts more likely to try and kill you and strip your corpses than offer you a job.
Then again, every region except Belerion *does* let you pick sides. So, 100% of base game regions allow choice. But 100% of DLC regions (so far) do not. Guess we'll see =D
I know it'll be a year (*at least*) before we get another big DLC, but I'm sort of hoping we can sail to the Skelmar homeland and help them overcome whatever horror has driven them to unite and flee their homeland.
