QoL Request: Copper coins to Krowns conversion slider.

Hello, Wartales is an incredible game. It's in my opinion the closes a computer game ever got to a game of D&D, with so many wonderful mechanics that work together rather than against each other, and dozens upon dozens of things to do.

However, some quality of life feature are in order. I have over 200k copper coins in my tavern. Clicking on the button to withdraw a 100 of them is really tedious, and can take minutes of wasted time. I was even thinking of having a macro clicker do it for me.
