Tavern keeper

I just the dlc I have two cooks and two brewers where do I find a tavern keeper it says it can’t run without one

You can assign anyone to any role. Hire another cook and then you can put them as a Tavern Keeper, Bouncer or Thief.

Well, it's not a waste since when I dungeon delve, I can stow the archers and bears...
