How to craft Belt

I'm new to this game and i dont know how to craft belts, because i want to craft potion belt for better advantage

you cant craft belts, only some belt accessories, and there are no potions that woud be useable in battle.
only thing there is are weapon oils, and as upgrade for them a belt asseccory slot item that strengthens the oils effect.

Hi,
Level up your Alchemist and that will help make the recipes available. Some of them have to be purchased, some you get in the compendium after making the Oils.

So i can't craft belts with potion on it anymore ? Like 1 year ago ? , now i can only apply it on you weapon ?

Yes there are some belt items that are potions, e.g. ether, antidote, which you get from the Alchemist but you might have to go a long way before you can make them. The belt items usually make things like poison more effective and there is also a belt item that makes applying the poison oil more effective.
