Dummy, for 2 fighters. Periodically replacing the upgraded ones with the weak ones. Very fast. The only problem is that if the squad is pumped unevenly, it may happen that 1-2 fighters jump to a new level, while the rest remain at the same level. But the Game will adapt to the level of the squad as if the entire squad were of a high level, and will field a stronger opponent. Adaptive mode. Regional never played.

go somewhere nasty with high level opponents, that might help, as might beating up a few bandit strongholds or rat nests. There are also some experience bonuses you can get in camp, usually in the form of give one character an experience boost or else make him/her get something else. Yes, the camp fighting dummy does help a lot. I'm not sure how much experience you get for the arenas but that might help.

When creating a game, there is choice to start off as deserters. It gives you more EXP upon winning combats. I a game I ran using that choice, I was able to get my warband to 12 fairly quickly.

I think warband size plays a roll in this too. Maxed out Combat Dummy does speed things up as well

If you have a Trade post put all high level in and take only the levels you want to raise out and fight,,,

Oh there we go again with this nonsense. If you cant stand a little grind to level up to 12 at your own pace, just move on from most videogames. Maybe play different videogames and not wartales all the time? i dunno. Ask the devs to give us an option to start at level 12 directly. That will probably work for you lol.

So easy and quick, do you have the training dummy maxed out ?
Get a lot of food, actually you don't need much, just have everyone in your camp lvl up cooking to master, reduce the food you need per rest and sleep over and over, switch people from the training dummy once you reach the level you want, and repeat.

I've done this to finish up my lvls 11 to 12, but it was before the update that change the amount of experiences you need per levels, it was SO MUCH longer back then.
It's still pretty funny to me that people still complains about grinding after that update and now that we have the training dummy to "power level" up yourself that way.

There's also a banner option so you can spend some influence on the banner and get more experience from every fight, at least until the next rest.
