My advice to you is, regardless of whether you're playing on Region Locked or Adaptive, you should get every member in your team to Level 12 before tackling Drombach.
Guards get Attack of Opportunities at the end of there turn they are engaged and hit you with Coinfusion, which can be really annoying at high levels as you can't receive any buffs until it wears off.
Inquisitors can be just as hard, but if you contain the Worshippers and Fanatics(which in my experience, these 2 units are their best damage output) it makes the battle easier.
You can go in there with a naturally tanky unit as well. The Alazarian Macebeaerer shields also punish Guard tactics as well, as their counterattacks occur without needing riposte buff.
