Legendary brawling weapons

Does anyone know if the developers have included legendary brawling weapons somewhere in the game?

None that I've personally encountered. There is a free merc in one of the cursed villages but they weren't a pugilist for me.

This is not true. There is one here (Magan). But I am not able to say where exactly I got it..it was after completing one of the quests.

Sippur Katar - (I think this was from uncovering relic with your scholar, maybe), this is weapon for Slayer, as it attacks an additional time for each applied debuff

Ripper - DPS weapons, this was from the arena in new zone. (attacks in defense grants 2 stacks of delirium / and in attack mode, attack one extra time for each delirium)

Pugilists are OP AF... their level 12 skill is just bonkers. It eliminates everything from bears to boss monsters in one activation, with very few exceptions xD

The purple Relic from the tombs got me a 2 handed axe, i only got the arena weapon.
Can you specify where you got the other one please?

yes, There's a prisoner in one of the jails that you can recruit for free, who starts at lvl 11 or 12 instead of the usual 10 at tavern.
