Pugilist build anyone?

Found a pugilist for hire with good traits, but I am not sure what role to put her in...
Support / Debuffer? or Damage dealer?
I know they are great for damage, but I am not sure how to maximise on ether options...
Any tips?

I finally got the 1 from the DLC area and kept him. with that legendary/hero skill hes unstoppable.
I took him to that areas arena and he basically owned it all by himself.
As a DD, theres not even a discussion.

vp on kill
wrestler for the medium armor and aim for 40% guard to double it
personal challenge is good but also annoying, so i use focus, for both stances on the first attack
the execution skill to reset movement or extra vp
i like having an extra weapon swap, for more oil combos and weapon debuffs etc
then obviously the 10-15 attack bravery

you want the medium armor for a helm that gives 1 rage for every hit
