Tiltren 28/29 Discovered Locations

What am I missing here? I've walked about the entirety of Tiltren.. :/

You are missing the playground from the locations, but that will open later. So how are you, it's fine now.
...part of the playground is also one quest that you will miss. The second missing quest is something in the capital.

Hi. You are missing "Trade and Crafting III", which is a mission to establish a new Trade Route. Establish a new Trade Route between 2 towns (neither of the town has to be necessarily Tiltren : it can be between any other two towns), and the mission will complete, giving you full completion in Tiltren.

I just found out. What you're missing is a port in the south, south west of the old lighthouse. It's new and it's related to the DLC.
