Option to adjust Female to Male ratio?

Unfortunately had to refund the game already - though otherwise it seemed decent - because it bothers me me that I have to kill 50% women in battles and the entire world seems to be made up of females doing all the male jobs. Apparently men are giving birth and breastfeeding 50% of babies as well in this world as no one seems to care for actual biology?
Are there any plans to add a simple option of male to female ratio?
No problem if people like their games like that and set it to 100% female if they want.
But for me thats nonsense, it ruins the medieval setting and must be discomforting to see mothers seeing their sons killing women in huge number and frankly I couldn't play such a game.
Would reconsider a permanent purchase in the future if this controversial point was reconsidered and not so shoehorned - everone should have an option here and learn from another.

In respect to worldbuilding OP has a good point, but his reaction is too severe i think. Sure, there's way too many ladies in combat professions. Also, none of these battle hardened war professionals wear any damn helmets! And no one is interested in any squad tactics either, battles are just series of simultaneous 1v1, 2v2, 1v3, 3v2 etc etc duels. But 3d models are pretty enough and i suppose showing that off was more important for the appeal of the game than historical accuracy, hence no helmets and many women.

They did add helmets a while ago, normally you'll see leaders as archers that don't need them as much.

so taking your 'big' under 2 hours refund opinion, most manly jobs like blacksmiths etc are men, most females are food sellers merchants etc, and the amount of enemies, im just guessing around 80% men, and 20% female and they are mostly archers, the fact is in medieval times women would fight and if they couldnt they would use bows etc.

the other fact is theres rats the size of a truck, this isnt a realistic medieval sim.

If someone couldn't fight melee they would definitely not go for a bow. Using a bow is much harder than using a melee weapon, especially in terms of physical prowess. Then again, we're not talking about a realistic sim here.

It is correct that women were going to war, but mostly as cooks and accompanying theire husbands.
There were many women with the Tafurs and they DID kill enemies but after they were injured so they could rob them.
There were obviously also a few trans people, some women as men but you would not easily spot those and they were only a few. As soon as they would have been discovered it would have ended in rape and disaster.
I dont mind women in all kinds of roles but I was about the ratio. Maybe like in FIDE chess or in race driving where you have 10% women max, men that sounds realistic and also corresponds with my rl observations of women bus drivers, craftsmen etc, about 5-10% of women want to do a profession that normally men would do.

I didn't say that. Only a fool would think he can defeat all women in combat, In fact I would avoid the top % of women because I dont know how good they are.

I watched Regina Halmich broke Stefan Raab's nose on live TV (twice btw as there was a rematch) and infact I rooted for her because he had such a big mouth, how he was 95 kg and she only 40 and he had only to knock her out once.

Anyone who always wanted a woman beat up a guy or any mysoginist who thinks women can't fight against men should watch this:

(that from the second fight in which he was already much better trained, the first was even worse for him)

Turned out he couldn't knock her out because he barely hit her at all only with harmless jabs and he was bleeding and dead tired by the 3rd round when she had barely started.

But I think you deliberately missed my point which was that such women absolutely DO belong in every game and would be great fighters but its not 50% of the population, In fact not even 1%.
