Where to buy skill mastery book now?

I didn't find it in training camp anymore. And in combat path, there was no unlock skill that shows unlock it at camp also.

Yes, with level 4 in the first Path, you unlock Mastery Skills and the Books you need/ unlock to buy at Training Grounds or Arena.
