What's the deal with level up. Why can't I choose stats? Why is my warrior just getting constitution?

What am I not understanding. Characters level up. Then I get to choose where to put points. Except, I can't put anywhere. If I want a strength, tough ♥♥♥♥. Here's willpower, move and constitution.

I just figured out how career planning works. MAN does this game need a tutorial. So many things are just completely unclear.

You have to open the career planning window, once you have that first row perk. And with that window oppen, if you click willy nilly and LARP as if you had extra ➕➕, it just adds them through magic and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥.
