Matching equipment bug? (SOLVED)

Hi all, I've noticed that matched equipment (helm + armour of the same type) has an increase of +10% in stats of those pieces (and if I remember correctly, you could further improve it by another +10%).
Issue is, as far as I've tested, ghost armour doesn't seems to apply the +10% bonuses at all. I see the little chain between helm and armour but their stats remain the same so I've tried to do some battles, thinking that maybe the +10% bonus only apply when in battle and nothing really changed.

Did someone test this and noticed the same thing or is my game bugged? Actually I've only tested ghost armour, all 3 variants.

The same with other armours, it has nothing to do with the type, may it be alazazian, brotherhood or inquesition oder self smithed. Same issue at all points.

Bad thing, so there is no reason to actually take the perk that increase the bonus further? Is this a know bug?

I have a feeling that the 10% bonus only kicks in if you take the 3 point skill from the compendium. The chain icon shows up to show that it would be eligible for the bonus if you had the knowledge - a rather clumsy implementation as far as I'm concerned

I unlocked the skill in the compendium, still seems to change nothing

its working for me, try unequip the helmet and see what the stats like in the inventory. if it the same number then maybe you have a bug

Yeah it has the same stats, this confused me. Did you have the perk?

Yes i have the optimised gear unlocked in the compedium.

Hi guys, unlocking the perk gave the 10% bonus, as intended. Issue is that the game shows to you that little chain that say that you get a 10% bonus but forgetting to tell that you need the perk first.
