DONT do Bandit mission, you lose fence/sell stolen goods vendor

if you do, you lose ACT I fence and cant sell stolen goods ever again. THIS game proves being a Bandit becomes dumber and dumber and clearly doesnt want you too be bad.

I know have over 4k worth of KROWNS in stolen gear/weapons that I've raided from wandering merchants and cant sell it anywhere, I was forced to drop some because the laundering mechanic takes too F--ing long. there should be a frence in the major city for ACT I so I can unload my booty

You mean in tiltren? If yes, then you should side with bandits, to be able to have a fence. If you not side with them, then the fence will be killed.
If you have level 4 crime & chaos path (which I see, you should have), then you can sell any stolen items to black market agents. You must only first clear bandit lair.

where are the black market agents, Ive been searching the hills and tundra for them. btw they didnt really give a choice to kill fence or not, due to how OP the village chief with BOW is. He attacks then runs away

Not sure where you are in game but there is a fence in arthes out on the little island or is that a slaver. Its been awhile

As I said earlier, you must first clear bandit lair (or camp). Best, if you take a contract to bandit camp together with contract with searching a tomb (since those locations are close together in Tiltren).
After a clearing bandit camp (and having level 4 in crime and chaos path), the black market agent should appear there.
