Mod Compability from Nexus Mods?

I have noticed today that there's mods for Wartales on Nexusmods and found two mods that would make my gameplay way better from what they offer, but they both work by modifying the res.pak file. Is there a way to have them both compatible with each other and use them both? I have only used mods from steam so far and no idea what to do with external mods

Unfortunately not at this time. I know they are listed as mods but I don't really consider Wartales a moddable game. As you said at the moment all you can do is modify the pak file so each "mod" just overwrites the other so you lose the feature of the first one you pasted in.
I am hoping something happens like it did with Solasta where members of the community come together to make one big pak file update combining features of the different files offered that you can turn on or off.
