Report a translation problem
You can add a + to a skill that just has one + to make it 2 +, or you can click a skill with no + twice to give it two + at an additional influence cost.
This means you can with enough influence, always add two points to whatever skill you want.
Hopefully with the Re-specialisation I can tweak thing and make up for my oversight
respec does not reset your attribute points it only resets your skills
I might just have to find something else to play - pity. There things I rather like about this game But.......

Keep an eye out for a promising recruit and level her up. Did you take Smooth Talk and Fast Training? Your new recruits get an extra Aptitude point that way.
