None for disliliking (-1), liking (+1), or loving (+2) someone. However, if you adore them (+3) then you get +1 happiness per pair of best friends who rest adjacent to each other, or who rest using the same equipment (like the training dummy), and +5% damage if adjacent to a best friend in combat. Note that the combat bonus doesn't stack but the happiness does. No additional effect for couples, as far as I can tell. I don't know what happens if relationships go deeper in the negative.
