Where to go after Arthes lvl 5 - 6

I went to Arthes after Tiltren, I've finished everything in Arthes and I'm only level 6. There's a zone to the east of Tiltren that I went to but most enemies I saw were around level 8 and I don't want to get destroyed.

It is not uncommon for the enemies to be levels up but fewer (a lot) in number.

Taking down higher level and / or very heavily armoured foes is in swarming in the right way / right order.

Also pick on the enemies that have yet to take their turn and try hard to kill them before their turn.

At the bottom of the screen you see how many "friendlies" go before the next hostile

Alright, I can try, seems like it might cost me a merc or two though lol, oh well.

Is that the zone north of Tildren, I'm there right now, but there's 0 challenge atm, doubt I will level here, but will see.
