Pottery Missions
So I finally unlocked something new on the board... my confusion is they want x3 of Pottery or Pottery x3 (which I think its just a text error/weird wording?), but to purchase them is 75 Krowns a piece and one mission offers 225 gold and the other 230 gold. I wouldn't be making any money doing this unless it takes into account inflation/map area? Or should I just do it for tree knowledge gains (probably under the merchant section)?

You Take the mission, you sell the material and make back the cost and get the reward above that...

You can steal the pottery (trade goods) and use your camp chest to 'clean' them, then sell. I also found already stolen pottery in the lakeside camp (there is a merchant who sells 'hard worked' goods).
Its a trade mission. You get the missions to buy an item at its low price, then are told to go to a place to sell it high, getting your coin back and then some. And on top of that they pay you.
Thanks everyone! I was just confused because looking at it at face value it didn't seem like I'd make any money/break even. I've never done trade missions yet!

Yes it has to work the way described- you get both the money from selling the goods as well as the contract reward on top of that. Otherwise it would absolutely make no sense why you ever take a trade mission.
