White Bear more powerful?! Where to get?

Hey Guys, in one of my playthroughs i was able to recruit a WHITE bear in prison. It seems like it is much more powerful than a "normal" brown bear cause of his passive (stacking rage). now i want to start a new playthrough. do you know where i can find those WHITE bears in the wilderness? Would be happy if anyone knows this
