Hi,

Can anyone please describe where that is?

if you look at the pic it shows old tower to the north of Luden region, the one you have to clear from bandits to save some captives. It's not hard to find from there if you use it as reference point.

I tried that already, but failed. The fishing spot in the picture confuses me as I can't find any fishing spot there. But thanks for your help, I'll check it again.

It's difficult to describe but it's sort of in the northern part of the region in the foothills, if you've done the main story then it's quite near to the final fight if you side with the Alazarians

the picture shows both trees and bodies of water next to the treasure spot, see if there are some places with water on the map around the tower

If it's still driving you crazy, here you go! The bottom shadow is a cliff, with ore nearby, not water with fishing. That threw me off too when I first looked at it.

I was there but I dont get a dig prompt - do I need a shovel or something or is it just bugged?

Its driving me crazy too. I found the exact spot, triple checked with your discriptions, but no dig prompt eighther. Did someone found a fix for that ?

Have you found the treasure map first? You can't dig if you haven't it.

Colonel Deteore's Mansion you need a gold key to unlock the trap door it is in a chest once you enter.
