Changing Character faces?

I started a new campaign after the official release recently, but the faces I picked seemed to change with the most recent patch.

Is there a way to change your character's face once you have started a new game, or do I need to start over? I am looking for something in game that doesn't require modding unless it is an easy mod to use.

You can change hair, but the face changes are built in by the Devs.
So a restart is the only option- or you can just hire new mercs.
