Arthes Quest and location help

Hi there, need help to find the Quest 'eye for eye'. Need to go back to the priest after the slavearena, but dont know where it is.

Now the location: in the south, Western of the Trainingsarea is a "?" but there is no way to reach it? Pls help

Just west of the Brotherhood Training Grounds you can use a piton (climb up/down the rope) to drop down and go into the cave. Go through there and you'll find Arthes Harbour, which contains the arena.

To add to Valekrin, the cave will be guarded by bandits. So keep that in mind. They are not just going to let you in.

so i need a rope to use it? or another item?

You need a Tinkerer to craft a Piton (which requires 1 iron ore and 1 rope). Click the Piton in your backpack and place it near the edge of the cliff. Once its placed on the world map, click on the Piton and it'll allow you to go down it. To go back up, you can click where the base of the rope is (the circle will be blue when you click), or you can click on the piton (doesn't always seem to work).
