The game keeps crashing

Often getting crashes. Mostly when the game tries to load something like a combat or a conversation, sometimes while entering interiors. Need to reboot the game every 30-50 minutes. My friends with pretty similar pc specs have no issues like that. Didn't find anything about this in google, except one reddit thread for a game called Asheron's Call, and it didn't help. Anyone else experienced this? Any known fixes?

The error I'm getting is: "out of memory (pages) c:\projects\hxtools\hashlink\src\gc.c(387)"

My specs are: intel core i5 3570k, 8 gb of ram and rtx 3050

the game has a serous memory leak problem as of right now (they said they know about it and working on it), u r probably running out of free memory

Same issue here except I cant get into the game at all. I get the same error dialog when I click 'Start' after creating/customizing my party.

Specs: i7 11700k, 16Gb ram, GTX 1660 Super

That's not the case, according to resource monitor.

Same. Sometimes multiple crashes in a row within minutes of starting the game, other times I can play for a couple hours before it crashes.

Same problem here. The game crashes very often when a combat starts. Every other game work fine with my PC.

Lower the graphic settings, on full settings 1440p it will use around 10.3Gb ram. So 8 GB is not enough.

But it's not an memory issue, it's an issue that crashes the driver.

It's true, lowering graphic settings helped a bit, but crashes are stiil a thing, although not as frequent.

I disabled my Razer drivers that use emulated THX sound so I uininstalled those and now the game works played for 2 hours without a hitch. I reformatted Windows 11 then it was still crashing then my PC would crash right when the Razer software screen would show up. After I uinstalled that the game works without a hitch.

-Make sure to install the latest graphics drivers
-Lower graphics to the lowest and test, increase as able
-Disable any non-essential programs, including background processes
-Increase game Priority to High (not Highest)
-Increase Page-Filing to 4 Gb (or as appropriate)
-Allow (whitelist) game folder/files in any security and A/V software

*Monitor your system so you can see any issues before they become a problem. If RAM is steadily increasing over time, then restart the game ever so often. Install and use Process Lasso (free is fine)

**There may be an issue related to Win11.

november, and im getting this issue after playing for a few hours
and when it happens, it also completely freezes google chrome so i have to close and reopen chrome

Causing BSOD since yesterday, played 4 days straight with no issues and now Boom like they rolled back to a year ago...
