Good day
Is there a list of useless items I can sell? My inventory is full of so many items it is very difficult to navigate and find items

if i were u id keep everything, u can store stuff in a travel post and use for alchemy &/or blacksmithing, camp upgrades and so on....everything has a use at some point

example: if u sold all your cloth and grease u would not be able to craft fire torches

Trinkets, antiquities, and just sell anything you have a quantity of over 40 or 50 of, or craft it into something lighter like iron into lockpicks. Almost every item outside of trinkets and antiquities has some sort of use.

Sell all trinkets and antiquities plus any weapons and armour you don't want.

Set up travel stations in each town and store your crafting materials and special equipment you might want to use later there. You do not want to sell crafting materials, you will always need mountains of them when you reach a crafting threshold level for higher level gear.
