Really frustrating mission. Only have one option for group comp and 4 of 6 are either rangers or archers. (if you are supposed to be "silent") Ran out of repair resources and the rewards are garbage so far. I'm trying to pick the lock on the 3rd building out of 4. You want to finish the dang thing but it's a crap ton of work for pretty much nothing. Already have one companion demanding a 30% raise because of this. (had to rest after the 2nd building) Bleh.

Two approaches, go quiet and you will have less fights or go noisy and the fights are a breeze. You can rearrange the group after youve entered the village (button on bottom left) In the fights rogues are a bit squishy but the archers do have some flexibility for hit and run and push backs so can avoid damage. In cursed villages you will generally need a thief for picking locks, someone strong for strength based events, a lumberjack for clearing debris (can be your strongman) and someone with high dex for quick reaction events.
