How to get personal cup recipe?
I know I can get it in jail in Grinmeer, the problem is during main quest progression in that region I have slain Brotherhood mercs guarding prisoner, and the new prison guard doesn't have that recipe. Is it still possible to get it somehow, or did I screw up?
