Sorry "Repositioning" but you need to leave, NOW!

It's not you, it's me.
Muscle Memory tells me that 2 is attack and 3 special Attack.
Now at the strategy table there is a repositioning ability for anyone.
For animals it is set on 2, meaning my bears (Leman Russ and Mister T) stop being useful when I wanted them to attack hitting 2.
And my archers with their nice recoil shot can flee but not shoot. Because that has been on 3 for the last 70hours.

I'm just glad I just have to switch the strategy. But this skill has been more of a hindrance than an improvement.

Yeah, not beeing able to place skills in the bar how we want is some issue when new ones pop.

I had the same issue with legendary weapons, their attacks are on 3 instead of 2

I agree it's terrible placement and it sucks we can't customize them at all.

I don't even use repositioning for this very reason, but also because I honestly think it's a bit too powerful / useful and I spend way too much time getting the perfect positions in order to do well when you don't have to.
