Help finding Colonel Deteore's Treasure (Ludern Region)

Hi guys,

I need help with this one bad. The maps are not correct. All of them show the treasure being located south of the "Hangman's tree" but this must be from an earlier version. In the map https://imgur.com/a/BBytxRF you can see that there is a tower in the background. There are only two such towers in this region and only one is on a little hill, like in the picture, however, there are no trees or bodies of waters anywhere close. So please help me out finding this treasure.

Its near the area where you fight the big ghost pig or whatever it is. https://prnt.sc/EDkKlz9FTdpi look for a diggable spot in that area. IF i got the area correct tho since its been awhile since i fought that thing. Keep in mind that you might have taken it already since there is no notification or anything when you do.

Thank you! Jesus... I think I would have never found that one on my own. That map was soooo bad.
