Any trinkets worth saving?
Are any trinkets worth saving or should I vend them all to any shop at the earliest convenience?

nope sell them all unless you want to collect junks.

They are junks, as Barara mentioned. Read the description, have some fun with it, and sell them.

Indeed this one is a specific quest item (and that's why you can't sell it).
Regular trinkets can be safely sold.

apparently you can disassemble trinkets for resources. haven't reached that point in the game, though.

There's a trinket from the boss in Ludern that is a quest item.
Don't sell it.

Also, from the bandit camp in Vertruse, you can return it the mum at the windmill.
