Assassination/bounty missions all stuck at level 1...

As title - is this normal? Playing region locked, level 6/7 team in Ludern now. All the missions i am being offered in the tavern (in any region) for bounties and assassinations pay around 260 and when i get to the enemy, there is 3 people all level 1 who die in a single hit.

I think you need to go to another region. I also had EASY assassination missions when I first unlocked the skill tree in the Crime banner. Once I went to a place with higher enemies then the missions came up.

Assa and Bounty Missions are ever the easyist in there Region, because they only get the lower scale of level and with that lower enemy masses. was more puzzled that the old weeklys are counted as easy too, because they got some more higher level meat in it.
if its only 3 lvl 1 ppl you are indeed in the start region.

hmm doesn't matter where i travel, they are always easy and always level 1 enemies (3 of them). Even in Ludern!
