It says on a beach south west of the region, i've checked a lot (during night time obv) and nothing

Body is west of tracker camp on the beach. SW is BS.

Yeah that's where i am right now and i found another just normal ghost pack

You have to click the body to reveal the blood trail and follow it. The pack is NE of the bandit lair.
