No nothing. Its not a profession, its attached to a class. STR boost would be unbalanced, exo would also be unbalalnced. Either lumberjack needs to be a profession or it is fine as is.

My family runs a small ore mine that needs both of them, to tell you what? We trait experienced lumberjacks as employee, on the other hand, miners are pure hard labors. So i would saying that lumber-jacking requires much more skill than mining.

maybe just a bonus for wood production like the miner or possibly finding some plant based materials while chopping. since only the ax man can do it should just be a passive trait not a skill like mining etc.
