Locations list with items, recipes, XP gain

hello there,

I'm looking for a single and complete locations list (excel preferred) with the following columns:
a) location | backpack item | what the item does
b) location | recipe (crafting cooking, whatever)
c) location | profession XP possible gain (e.g. where to woodcut, where to mine, where to fish)

I find this info in a non-structured manner. For example, here [www.neoseeker.com] is a list of all backpack items. But WHERE to find them is in a story mode. I need a list to plan my journey.
Same with crafting recipes.

And I couldn't find anywhere a full location with all profession XP gain locations.

I know I can build this myself, but perhaps someone else already did it.

I'd appreciate a direct link.

May not be exactly what you're looking for, but probably the closest thing you can find.

profession xp gain locations? they are called alchemist table, smithy anvil aso and are found at the obvious places....

@Starmender: many thanks, for recipes is covered. Even if it's a picture and cannot be filtered or sorted, it's a great start, maybe I can use some OCR > xls.


@stardustfire: I'm not trying to convince anyone why is necessary. In sandbox, each of us is playing a different game. I find it relevant for my gaming style. Please share If you know a better link than the one above.
