Can you buy white leather?

I think this was in one of the previous updates but can't remember, but does any one know the location of a merchant or civilian that sells white leather?

yes they sometimes have it in trackers camp (in exchange for teeth)

You can make your own Ghost leather using a tanning rack in camp. You can buy the blueprint for it in the Arthes Trackers camp for 200 Pristine fangs. You have to upgrade it to level 2 and use Ghost carcasses on it. You get 2 Ghost leathers per sleep.
