After the latest update, how do I upgrade skill and respec?

I noticed that the training ground no longer sell "skill mastery" book and the respec option is nowhere to be found, in its place is a "weapon upgrade" button that I do not know how to use.

With the way they reset requirements there is probably a level requirement for the Respec... and you have to have the upgrade able weapon in your chest (Not the camp or Trade post chest)

You need level 4 in power and glory path to get access to them now, they'll still be available in the same places as before once you've reached that level.

Do I need to pick an upgrade or does this happen automatically?

Automatically, each path has a free automatic unlock at levels 4 and 7 - mouse over their respective banners to see what they do.

Hmm... Somehow I got nothing show up when mousing over the banner. You mean the 4 banners on the middle top of the path screen?

Correct those 4 banners, and they won't display the bonuses until you've actually unlocked them - which yes is very un-intuitive. If you're below level 4 in that path you won't get any tooltip to pop up when mousing over the banners. If you're level 4-6 you'll see just the level 4 bonus, and if you're 7+ you'll see the level 4 & level 7 bonuses.
