For example;
One Culture Shock consists of one Mutton Stew, one Apple Pancake and six Brandy. So in essence, you have base level ingredients like meat, fish, vegetables, alcohol and salt. Then you have cooked food, then you have meals and then you have 'feasts'.
Can't remember where I got the recipes from precisely and I don't use them that much.

I think it's just poorly phrased/translated and you just have to eat five feasts to meet the requirement, obviously for most of us that would mean five separate rests unless you're running a group full of bears with the glutton trait ;-)
This is not the fastest way to earn PPs.
