How to unlock Lectern after the new patch?

any idea how? my region progress is already 100, all 4 units at level 4 almost 5, has one captain, one lieutenant, went to dungeon ruin, unlocked scholar, but still not able to craft lectern.

Use the Top Left menu, Spend Knowledge points in the Tinker menu to buy the level 1 lectern. You have a Tinker? Might need him to be at Apprentice level?

tinker is an apprentice, but the lectern is blacked out, no learn button, knowledge still left 2 points

i hired a new unit and made into scholar, still no access to lectern.
previous patch, lectern was unlocked under the level 2 of mystery and wisdom.
my current path: power glory lv2, trade crafting lv2, crime chaos lv1, mysteries wisdom lv3
i dont see any option under paths too...

same for me , my first ruin finish i have scholar but not .

Probably you need lvl 4 mysteries & wisdom. When you move your mouse cursor to this path, you should see, do you'll be able to craft lectern or not.

This is correct, it's unlocked with mystery path level 4
