The op is asking for interactivity with your group's name from the game. That is not present at the moment in the game. You can name your group whatever you want but thats it. It doesnt sever any purpose at all. Nobody is going to recognize your group in-game. so. Pointless.
No he did not ask that. Someone else simply threw that into the discussion.
Naming your warband obviously serves no purpose, neither does naming your characters anything else than A, B, C and D. People do it for immersion, is all. They even let you name the ponies, if you so desire. Does it have any impact? Not really.
