Removing Layers and Armor Color

Hi. Great game! No luck with my forum search, so here are 2 FAQ type questions:

#1: (Answered) I forged 50 armor and 50 layers, but I can NOT figure out how to remove the layers from armor. I try SHIFT and left/right clicking, etc. What 'exactly' must I do to get layers out of my best armor, or has this feature been removed? (Answered)
#2: I see the color wheel icon above the armor pictures, maybe so we can change the armor color some day, but not yet, right? If I can't figure out how to remove a layer, I guess I figure I might also be ignorant on how to change armor color. That isn't a thing yet, right?

Answer to #1 - I did not notice the new text that appears on the armour description pop-up box, that says SHIFT + Right Click on the armour picture to remove the armour layers. Doing this action requires 1 Tool per layer. (Tinkerer makes 2 tools per rest) After the '50 Layers Made' unlock, the removed layers are put back in your inventory.

#2: Still curious. Can we change armour colour yet?

I always do it on the character screen.

Mine would not come off when I was wearing it. Took it off and they came right out. I can install Layers while wearing though.

If you hover your mouse over the layers where you can see their attributes they don't come off. You need to move the mouse higher, on top of the armor, then you can take them off.
