Great gosenberg treasures

Someone find all the treasures?I try to find,spend a few hours on this,but still have 18 and can't find the last one.Please help if you can

They are all in town, most of them in the middle of blocks. Sometimes, it's not easy to reach them. Some are on the docks, to the sea and to the river. Hope it helps...
