The prison in the Grinmeer Province has a quest High security the prisoner there says to alert the peoples fellowship but I cant seem to find them anyone this quest that can give me a hint?

You have to go to the little chirche and hold all three prayers with the priest in font of the altar. he want gove you a key to the krypta of the chirche there you want go the quest

Since you just want a hint - you need to get into the Church of the Saving Eye's cellar.
