Murder Investigation Gosenberg

So I have 95/100 % of the murder investigation and the brotherhood tells me to accuse someone of being the murder.
Where can I find the rst 5% .... ?
After checking the evidences, I believe it was Bernna. But at the council he gets free due to missing evidences.....

Do I miss something ?

Did you find the son? If not, these are the last 5%... At the council you have to give them the right answers!... I had the same problem but after i was able to get him locked away i found the son and the last 5%

its so anoying that the prompt triggers after you do stuff, i was there and it didnt happen.
But now i have the son and i don't know what to do with him:( where do you take him?

Nowhere - either you recruit him (lvl10 swordsman with very low strength unfortunately) or you leave him there

Just do other story quests. After some time or % of completion the final part will be triggered.

i still doesnt found who is real murderer, i already wrote the paper with opition, alazar king is the order of murder her but his mens (nebelkrähen) didnt kill him yet, but the plebejer didnt kill her too but they works together, so i am not sure which kills her ....

Spoiler ahead... I haven't tried other options but the following worked and got 350 krowns and 100 influence.
It was Broker Bernna. You can accuse him at the Bernna Arena. He was not at the scene of the crime since he was with the rest of the Brokers the night of the murder. He hired the Rooks as a client to murder Broker Hoevendorp in order to get the other arena back.
