Arthes Tomb bugged?

So I went through the tomb, first without the woman called Phista, I collected everything, opened the chest, inspected all the symbols, did the puzzle, came to the door, enterend with the combination required, and it led me back to the room with the lion head where you pick the gems from the eyes.

So I don't understand why this door that has this combination lock, doesn't lead to anything, except back to where I came from.

And secondly, after I finished everything, I spoke with Phista, made her follow me, I went through every room again, but when I exit the tomb, she says she can't come with me, she must look for her friends?

I don't get it, what am I missing? Or is is bugged?

She is an unfinished, unimplemented quest. Just re enter the tomb and she will tell you she must leave.
It doesn't technically lead anywhere unless you took the tomb according to a certain path, in which case it brings you to the lion head and then back to the entrance, so you only backtrack from dead ends and don't use more torch than necessary.
