So is there a way to cure rodent phobia? One of my main guys has picked this up and it ways he will leave the group if I fight rodents again. Thanks

Try actually attacking some rodents and see if you can build up a resistance. If that doesn't work than it's incurable and requires getting rid of the unit to get rid of it.

You need to rest, should go away after some time.
In my case it went away after 2 camp-rests. You can hover over it and should list how long it will last.
