Tomb Combination Lock?

What's the deal with this thing? The runes you find throughout the tomb mostly aren't on the lock. Not sure what order they're supposed to go in either.

Also do you need a bard for this?

Go back through the tomb and look for symbols on the ground and walls. Pay attention to their design and the color. Make em match and you're in.

No, you do not need a bard for the combo lock, but you will need one in the future for one tomb to get a legendary weapon.

Damn, I thought this was the tomb with the legendary sword in it. Which one actually has the sword?

Tiltern is the sword, Arthes is the hammer, Ludern is spear and bow - the symbols to unlock the combination are randomized based on your save's seed, so there's no specific answer you'll have to explore each tomb thoroughly.

I think I'm in tiltern. I solved the lock by guessing the last symbol then switched my axe guy from scholar to bard to solve the little guitar hero minigame with the statue. Still no sword though, just some "fragments" and books that I assume are scholar profession items.

Did I miss something?

Build the lectern, place the fragments of a legendary item on it and it'll discover the sword after whatever period it says.
