Oh, I will say you should avoid a very hard time getting up though. Going from 0% chance to get ambushed per rest to 10% chance to get ambushed sucks. Getting ambushed makes for a tougher fight, stops all camp productivity, and drops your fatigue some. It hurts, from early to late game.
IMO, the best positive ones are long walks and slap games. There's limited fatigue reduction sources, so 10% is nice. Crit sources are rare, so anything that boosts it is nice too.
For the flaws, my personal pick is eternal dissatisfaction. It can be nullified in the early game by simply having a companion at the camp fire, and in the late game by having two companions like each other and exist near each other.
taking crit hit as the negative one with crit damage as the positive one is a reasonable path forward - with crit hit being the negative one you can always overcome that by weapons and other gear - plus it's a personal stat you can increase as time passes. Others may disagree of course :)
