Unlocking Bard songs?

As per the title. How do we unlock the new songs? I understand a few, but what is this about an Undying? Does that mean the monsters from the tombs??

If you're talking about "The Lucky One" song, by undying it means all of your mercs but one need to be in the dying/deaths door state.

WHAT?! umm ok I'll try that I guess... I just tried the unarmed one, but i think i made a mistake and captured one enemy so i didnt unlock it..hmm

go in a city in the tavern and talk to the owner of the tavern their if you have a bard you will have a button ''sing''
