Graphics Card going nuts. (overheating)

As soon as i start the game, no matter how low the setting, my GTX 2070 Super goes into turbo mode and the fan goes absolutely bananas. I tried every setting in the options, no change. Anyone else?

My home office pc has a 1070 I'll check if it's the same on that as my 3060

I run on a 980ti, 60fps 1920x1080 - before they introduced the framerate cap my card would randomly get high temps at times but the cap definitely helped keep things below 70C rather than closer to 80C+

There's a similar thread on the bug reporting forum too,

Game seems to use 100% of whatever capacity your card has, so high end cards draw a lot of power and get very hot,

I have a lower end card, a GTX950 and the game runs OK without too much heat but still always 100% GPU load

I'm using RivaTuner Statistic Server to limit FPS. I have it on 30.
This game heats gpu more than GTA V or Total war (any of it).

I have a RX 580 and if I keep playing this game it's going to fry my card no joke. I've had half a dozen blackscreens playing it that required a forced reboot, and even with the drivers up to date and the FPS locked in the GPU control panel it still makes my GPU overheat like crazy. Insane that they still haven't fixed this issue.

I've an RX 580 8GB and the only issue I have is the stuttering that came with the 1.0 release. No fans going superspeed or heating up too much.
Occasionally I can load the game with no stutters anywhere but it's very rare.

I had the same problem in V-rising, my graphics card hit 99 degrees celsius and my head phones couldnt keep out the noise, i reduced the fps and now is back to normal. i suggest a similar problem in this game for u.

BS, no way it is an issue with dust in my GPU. I play GTA V and Total War: Warhammer 2 on this rig and it doesnt make me take off like a jet engine. The only other game I encountered that turns my GPU into a jet engine is RDR2. Even Mount and Blade series dont do this to my PC. And it is not drivers issue either, have gone thru a range of drivers already, still the same.
