Suggestions: Pony stats, animal leaders
Ponys: Every pony stat should have a combat and carrying bonus, whats the point of upgrading any other stat than constitution for a workpony and its annoying when its not offered. example strength=carry (but less than constitution) and damage, dexterity=troop movement speed, willpower=camp happiness. Maybe selecting work or war pony determines whether stats go to combat or simulation bonus.

Every animal should have a light and heavy variant, as well as a enemy animal leader (uncapturable but give troop combat bonus/ability):
I love that their are boars and dominant sows, wolves and alphas, every animal should have that. Where heavy variant has more constitution and strength but is much slower and eats a crazy amount. Maybe for combat purposes, their are youth versions that a weak and low health but heavily in numbers and fast, and daily food is very low. Boar youth, wolf youth, etc... (their would be a random mix in combat, for combat variance)
example: donkey, pony, and horse; mole youth, Mole and King Mole; rat youth, Rat and Rodent Lord. Animal leaders would be separate from this and would have special names like their human variants. "Scar", "Tormentor" "White fang"

Hi. Save before leveling. Reload until Cons is offered. Yeah I know it's an exploit. Choose whether to use or not. Good luck,

Why not? Horses (if they already have role in battle) as humans have own haracter properties.

Good ideas, but con is no more useful on pack ponies than any other stat. The ponies max the con gain to carry capacity naturally, without any points put in con.
Willpower is actually the only "useful" stat on pack ponies, because they can be used to meet the minimum wp needed to go through the ruins, but it's still pretty useless, as you can easily have 4 units with 20 or more wp anyway.

Maybe ponies should grant a small amount of willpower(percentage) to the party in combat? Could also have MOV give a slight boost to sprint/walk speed.

mov bonus to sprint or walk would be great, willpower bonus could too easily be exploited (not that there aren't currently a lot of exploits) if it is per pony, even percentage based. As in with enough wp you can galvanise your troops after no more than a kill or two even on very large groups

They already give bonuses to run and fatigue, really op bonuses as in never needing to eat ever as they completely stop the fatigue bar

I like the % idea though

I'd like to see some really hard to catch non combat animals that give camp bonuses
very limited in numbers and if you spot them but don't catch them they don't appear again

They'd have to rework the whole system for it to matter. Although it could make less ponies more viable.
